New Treatment Strategies for Ovarian Cancer Offer Hope for a Better Prognosis
Oliver Dorigo, M.D., Ph,D., assistant professor, gynecologic oncologist and researcher, summarizes the current treatments for ovarian cancer, including surgery and standard chemotherapy.
The emphasis of this talk is an overview of new treatments including molecular, hormonal and immunological therapies that have shown promising effects in patients with ovarian cancer.
