What is the JCCC Mobile Platform?

The JCCC mobile platforms makes our website content accessible in a streamlined and easy-to-use format designed specifically for mobile devices. Designed in partnership with the UC Mobile Web Framework, the JCCC mobile platform automatically detects your brand of smartphone or tablet and optimizes content specifically for that device. 

How Do You Access the JCCC Mobile Platform?

Access is free, and can be made through the standard browser on any mobile device—no additional app needs to be downloaded. Simply visit the JCCC website via the main landing page (www.cancer.ucla.edu) as you would normally, and the JCCC mobile platform does the rest. It's that easy.

What Content Can I Access?

The JCCC mobile platform currently offers five content channels: News, Events Calendar, Clinical Trials, Ways to Give and About Us.

Events Calendar

Details about all upcoming JCCC and Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation (JCCF) events and happenings can be easily accessed via our mobile calendar. Events are categorized into three subgroups:

• Public Lectures for Patients, Survivors and Caregivers
• JCCC Research Lectures and Seminars
• Fundraising Events

 
Clinical Trials

Use our clinical trials search tool to search our database of all currently active clinical trials. You can search by keyword, or from a dropdown list of pre-selected cancer categories. All results can also optionally be filtered by clinical trial location.
