Scientific Interest(s):
Dr. Gang Li's main research interest is the development of statistical methodology in survival analysis, longitudinal modeling, design and analysis of clinical trials, nonparametric/semiparametric inference, evaluation of medical diagnostic tests and medical imaging. Li collaborates extensively in cancer research including basic, translational and population research, as well as clinical trials for pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer and other cancers. Li is an Elected Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics, the American Statistical Association and the Royal Statistical Society and an Elected Member of the International Statistical Institute.
