Scientific Interest(s):

Dr. Jason Lee’s lab focuses on the development of in vivo molecular imaging techniques such as positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (CT) and optical (fluorescence and bioluminescence) imaging, and their applications for non-invasive assessment of cancer and associated biology. Specifically, Lee’s group studies preclinical imaging of cancer cell metabolism using tracers such as the glucose analog FDG and nucleoside analogs FAC and FLT, cell trafficking and activation using reporter genes, drug pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics and kinetic modeling.
