Scientific Interest(s):

Dr. Felicia Hodge's research focuses on chronic health conditions, health beliefs and behaviors among American Indians and Alaska Natives. Current projects include cancer symptom management (pain, fatigue, function, depression), diabetes fatalism among the Plains tribes, smoking cessation, prevention and control and wellness beliefs and behaviors among California Indians. Hodge is the Director of the Center for American Indian/Indigenous Research and Education (CAIIRE).
