Cancer Survivor Education Day 2013

Please join us for our annual event for cancer survivor and their loved ones! Hear from a panel of expert speakers who will discuss the latest information and research on cancer survivorship issues including:

• Survivorship Care Plans
• Cardiovascular Health After Cancer
• Psychosocial Issues After Cancer
• Cognitive Changes After Cancer

A special afternoon session will be hosted by UCLA’s Young Breast Cancer Survivorship Program from 1:15 p.m.–3:30 p.m. The session will cover various psychosocial issues such as: Fear of Recurrence, Coping with the “New Normal” After Treatment, Relationships & Communication, and special emphasis on Sexuality & Intimacy.
