Dr. Roger Lo’s laboratory is focused on melanoma research. Currently, he is investigating the discovery of somatically mutated genes in melanoma, and dissecting oncogene co-dependent survival networks. In addition, his lab hopes to understand the mechanisms of primary and acquired resistance to targeted therapies (including B-RAF inhibitors).
